It took me 3 weeks to get into a routine. After 4 months of using Dr. Levy’s Breathing Exercises, I observe these changes:

  1. My anxieties have been slowly going away and I am able to think things through in a calm manner. I couldn’t do this before.
  2. It has helped me to keep my mind focused.
  3. Hearing the repetition helps my mind capture the word of God in a relaxed atmosphere.
  4. My relationship with God has grown.
  5. There has been more joy in my life.
