1. Sense which rhythm is comfortable for you at this time. Choose a timing without struggling or hyperventilating.
2. The most important factors are repeated rhythm and smoothness, NOT slowness. Don’t struggle.
3. With practice you will build confidence and will naturally breathe more slowly and deeply.
4. Once you have found a comfortable rhythm, you may continue using the COUNTING GUIDE, or select a BREATHING MELODY with same rate.
